Manildra Group produces a range of premium Oils and distributes specialty Shortening, Margarine and Confectionery fats that are supplied into the food service, industrial and retail sectors.

Our range includes canola, specialty canola, high-oleic canola, vegetable and blended oils as well as bakery margarines and specialty shortenings for frying, baking and general food applications.

We specialise in producing 100 per cent Australian, GMO-free canola and high-oleic canola oils for domestic and export customers through MSM Milling, our joint venture partnership with Bob and Pete Mac Smith, at Manildra in central west New South Wales.

MSM Milling operates a state-of-the-art, fully integrated oilseed crushing, refining and packaging operation in the heart of the canola-growing region of New South Wales.

The expeller presses, combined with the latest European drum manufacturing and drum, bag-in-box and retail filling operations, provide a superior, quality-assured supply of packaged and bulk oil for our customers around the globe.
